This is the golf game I've been looking for, splitting the fairway between novelty and hardcore. It's really nicely pitched, so that you can plug round with simple shots, take no risks and still get a decent score, but if you want to be strategic you'll be rewarded too. The included courses are distinct and characterful, and the different tees are not just extra distance but make you rethink your hole approach totally.I'm mostly single player, and the recent update has hooked me with a load of challenge bots to beat & then play rounds with. I've played a few MP games and got my putt handed to me, but it all works well.One thing that is definitely cool is the course creator - it's simple to create playable courses and then release them for others to play. There are some ace courses out there already.For an early access game, it's completely playable now. It's stable and the few bugs I've encountered are cosmetic only. Devs are receptive to ideas & not hiding in their bunker. A chill golf game using the three click system, decent amount of courses, lots of cosmetics to unlock, no lootboxes, arcade rather than sim. Graphical style can be a little wonky on the avatars, but overall a cheap and cheerful title (I play the non VR mode). Very fun and surprisingly realistic game. The same mistakes I make in real golf apply here but a bit more forgiving so you can have fun with it. A few little optmization and configuration tweaks would make it perfect, which I believe the developer is currently working on. There is also a course creator which I look forward to trying out. Very statisfying when you make a good chip or a long putt.. Fun!I had been looking at golf games on and off for a while now. I wasn't looking for the perfect golf simulator. I wanted a golf game that was FUN. Tee Time Golf IS fun! It's a little like a VR version of Golden Tee Golf, with a slightly more cartoony feel. There are a handful of courses in-game, then quite a few more player-built custom courses accessible in the menu. It's golf, it's fun, it's only $10. Buy it and enjoy.. Absolutely brilliant always imagined a golf game would be great in VR and this ticks all the boxes. Cant beleive its taken so long for a good golf vr game to come along which you can actually compete against other players on the course in real time, its great value at the price its going for too.. LOVE this game! I play golf and I'm into VR, so this really scratches an itch for me. I found The Golf Club VR to be unplayable (and just un-fun) but this is really easy to pick up and play, and you get a TON of value from all the included courses plus some great ones being created by the community! Yes - this has a course editor as well which also bests its only real competition at the same time. My favourite feature is the 50 foot view where you can see how the hole (and the whole course around it) lays out...it's so detailed and useful at the same time. I don't have a big playing area but to be able to walk the course like a giant is really cool. Can't wait to dive into the editor and see what I can come up with next.....KUDOS to the developer on this one!. I really want to like this game. It just doesn't run smooth at all in VR despite my computer exceeding the recommended requirements. The loading screens and menu are extremely choppy (less then 15 fps). Once I start the game, my first 2 holes run at 45 fps which is playable but not ideal. After that, everything drops to 15 fps and becomes unplayable. I'm still going to recommend this game because it is fun but I'm very disappointed that I won't be able to enjoy the game until the poor frame rate gets resolved.When I play without VR, I average 500 fps. That's not a typo. There are 2 zeros after that 5.
